today's topic was a GOOD topic, but also a challenging one for me.
Chalene invites us to identify our PUSH goal -- what is the ONE goal (or two goals) that, when we reach it, will PUSH us forward and help us to reach more of our other goals.

this was tough for me.
as soon as she mentioned what a PUSH goal was, i knew which one that was for me.

Of my 10 goals, this is the goal that is going to STRETCH me the most.

today, it was all about them goals, 'bout them goals, no excuses.

Chalene challenged us to write down 10 goals that we hope to accomplish in the next 12 months.
goals that will challenge us and stretch us.
but that are authentic to us and are crazy cool (to use her terms).

So, it's been like FOREVER since I've blogged. It's been forever since I felt like I have something to share. But now, I'm sharing a short journey with you all and I'm excited!

Brief recap of what I've been up to lately, in case you're not my friend on Facebook:

  1. Got married in March 2014 -- celebrated a year of marriage a couple months ago
  2. Became a Beachbody coach! If you're wanting to start your fitness journey and need some support and accountability, I'm your gal!
  3. Ran my first full marathon (and probably my last!) on April 25, 2015
