writers block

inspiration: writers block.

have you ever wanted to write something so badly, but didn't know what to write about?
well, i'm in that boat right now...
...sort of...

i finished Battlefield of the Mind last night.
i started The Purpose Driven Life last week.
work has been going really well *knock on wood*.
i have stepped up to become a core group leader at theWell.
i will be blogging more often about messages from church and really pushing myself and hopefully other readers to connect and draw closer to Christ through my blog (no pressure or anything ;))
i'm running another half marathon with a friend from high school.
we're about to start a new series in small group - Ephesians Bible study! i'm pumped!
only 45 days until Spokane mission trip.
only 67 days until my Seattle vacation.

...i guess i was wrong.
i had plenty to write about ;)

"Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us..."

"...being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."

(Philippians 1:6)

God is definitely at work within me.
and i know that He has even more amazing plans for me, too.

He's been challenging me and drawing me closer to Him.
it's been frustrating at times because i realize i can't be superwoman.
i'm learning to surrender my wants and desires in order to follow Him wholeheartedly.
but at the same time, it's been amazing to see the opportunities He has blessed me with.

    it's crazy how much we don't take the time to think about what we think about!
    when we seek to improve what we allow ourselves to really think and dwell on, we are improving so much more than more than our minds, we improve ourselves!
